3. Message
A message is an idea that is converted into a verbal or non-verbal form of symbols as well as attitudes or actions.

Media is a tool or way that is used to bring a message from the message provider to its recipient.

5. Decoding
Decoding is the process of giving the receiver to the message in its fifth through a particular medium.

6. The receiver
The recipient is the one who receives the message as a statement of ideas given by the massage giver and will interpret the message through action.

7. Feedback
It is necessary to obtain a clear picture of the effectiveness of message delivery from the Communicator to the community or recipients.


In the process of conducting communication several factors affect the ineffectiveness of communication conducted, among others:


Sometimes in a communication process, there is an incorrect understanding and perception between the message giver and the recipient of the message itself.
The difference between misperception can make the communication run and the message delivered is not on target or deviated from the intended purpose by the message giver. Therefore, to avoid such mistakes need to be in the first different perceptions.
